1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

By including any of your Personal Information or other information in your Velvet profile, you will make it available to other users. For example, the Services will suggest possible matches to users based on certain criteria such as gender, age, and your approximate location (such as your current city, state, country or how far away you are). Your public profile is shown to other users before they list it to the top, including your first name, pictures, your age, About me description, your distance away, number of common Facebook friends, number of common interests. After you are matched with another user, they can view where you listed their profile in your top list. At any time, you can unmatch the people you have matched with from their profile screen. You can also delete certain of your Personal Information from your Edit screen. You can always delete your Velvet profile using settings in the app. If you don’t use Velvet for 5 years we will delete your account.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, physical location, e-mail, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your account (“Personal Information”).
